You contribute to Nuberri success by ensuring our service and standards are met. We do this by providing guests with friendly, upbeat hospitality, prompt service, quality products, and a clean and safe environment while having fun.

Key Responsibilities

    • Welcomes and connects with every guest, even when we are busy.

    • Demonstrates equipment, and offers flavor and toppings suggestions when appropriate.

    • At best, anticipates. At worst, responds to guest needs.

    • Says “thank you” to every guest.

    • Follows the Golden Rule and does whatever it takes to satisfy each and every guest.

    • Prepares Nuberri products and toppings to standards.

    • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

    • Works as a shop team member.

    • Follows shop policy and procedures.

    • Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing products.

    • Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the duty rosters and cleaning standards.

    • Maintains a professional personal appearance.

    • Communicates clearly with all guests and associates.

    • Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.

    • Follows associate and guest discount policy.

    • Reports employee integrity issues to a manager.

    • Contributes to shop goals for increasing sales and improving profits.

    • Responsible for self-initiated learning.

    • Learns and demonstrates creating the Nuberri Experience.

    • Learns and demonstrates all performance standards.

    • Contributes to a fun work environment.

Experience and Character Traits

  • Must be outgoing, friendly and courteous.

  • Should love ice cream and frozen yogurt.

  • High-energy retail experience desired, but not necessary for a person with the right personality and work ethic.

  • Must be someone we can count on to be at work on time for scheduled shifts.

  • Must speak and read English and be able to handle cash without a register.
